About
Morty and Babes is David and Amy.
David is the primary pet-care provider. Amy often joins him on walks and is the “Babes” behind the name.
David brings several years of hands-on pet-care experience, hundreds of completed visits, and prior emergency veterinary experience. Amy brings a warm, easygoing presence that both people and pets tend to appreciate.
The name comes from a long-running joke in our marriage. Over time, “Morty” and “Babes” simply became us.

Before care begins
- We usually start with a conversation and an in-person meeting.
- We go over your pet’s routine, access details, and anything important we should know.
During care
- We send simple updates after visits.
- If something seems off, we let you know rather than wait.
Safety and planning
- Dogs stay leashed or otherwise secure unless in a safely enclosed area.
- If weather, conditions, or equipment make the plan unsafe, we adjust accordingly.
Service area
Based in Geneva, New York, with service throughout the surrounding Finger Lakes region and select Rochester-area availability depending on route and schedule.
Pricing
Pricing is confirmed before care begins. If travel or unusual circumstances change the cost, it will be discussed beforehand.
